  • Each condominium is allocated two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.

Boat Dock and Watercraft

  • To secure a boat dock space, visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request.
  • There is a fee for renting dock space.
  • Trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove.
  • For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking, contact facilities in the Destin, FL area.
